There’s nothing that makes me bitter and grumpy quite like not being able to ride when others people are out playing. Spending falls in Alaska usually prevents that, as snow hits in early September, and by mid-September there’s enough to scrape and push around for a jib setup or two. This is the new team blog area, which we’ll use to keep in touch a little more often, and less formally, than the From the Editor section. Photos from the day’s sesh, random commentary, you name it. Right here.

After a few months of burning the midnight oil to get the new website designed, it’s finally done and up. There have been far too many nights where I’ve been up working on it until 4am, and I’m looking forward to resuming normal people hours. But it is done, and how cool to finish working on it, and then look outside to see the first snow of the season. We got out this morning for a quick walk in the snow and grabbed a few photos to share. (more…)

Major site overhaul this weekend

As you can see, the new site is now live. This round of updates was mostly visual, but there are a bunch of new features we’ll be adding as the season progresses. Stay tuned!
