Jackson Hole, WY (Fall 2009) – World-renowned action sports filmmakers Teton Gravity Research is proud to introduce Generations, a short film on the consequences of Climate Change upon winter environments and snow culture. Presented by The North Face in partnership with the non-profit group Protect Our Winters , Generations discusses climate change through the perspectives of those for whom snowy winters have a deeper personal significance. Going beyond charts and numbers, Generations humanizes the debate on climate change by exploring the delicateness of winter and the intrinsic value of snow to people across generations and cultures. Burton Proudly Presents “the B” Movie Tour

Burton’s movie The B will premiere in 12 North American cities during the month of October, each stop will feature athlete autograph sessions, movie premieres, after parties, music and more. The B was filmed on location from New Zealand to North America, pipe, park, backcountry and Stash runs, with riders leaving their mark at every stop.
The B showcases the riding of Jeremy Jones, Jussi Oksanen, Nicolas Müller, Frederik Kalbermatten, Keegan Valaika and Shaun White, with appearances by Danny Davis, Terje Haakonsen, Mason Aguirre, Kevin Pearce, Mads Jonsson, Natasza Zurek, Mikey Rencz, Luke Mitrani, Jack Mitrani, Mark Sollars, Charles Reid, Gabi Viteri, Spencer O’Brien, Mikkel Bang, Sani Alibabic, Marko Grilc, Peetu Piiroinen, Kim Rune Hansen, Stephan Maurer, Chris Sörman, Kazu Kokubo and Kyle Mack. Summer is officially over and even though winter is just around the corner, there is a ton going on in regards to climate change legislation over the next few months.
With the focus being in Copenhagen on December 6th, world leaders will attempt to map out a global climate change policy for the future. The outcome of the conference and decisions made will most certainly set the foundation for how we, as a global community, will attempt to solve climate change and how it effects not only us, but generations behind us.
