03-04 Dragon Foil Review

I have always been a big fan of the Dragon brand, and the Foil goggle has proved to be a valuable addition to the line. They are comfortable, they perform well, and they look damn good; what else do you need to know?

The Foil goggle from dragon is visually stunning, whether you are looking from the inside or the outside. These are the most stylish goggles since the Version Vent goggle; lots of curves and angles that just ooze sexy. The vents contribute to this look, but are also functional, helping to move air through the goggle to prevent fogging.

The goggles fit a medium to smaller head very well. There aren’t any major pinch zones, and the foam seal fits around facial contours very well. If you have a big head, the goggles will probably still be comfortable, but you will lose a bit of visibility in the corners. If you have a big head I would recommend trying them on in a shop before buying them, but they should fit most people just fine.

The lens is optically clean, and there is no visible distortion, but in order to accomplish this Dragon used a harder/thicker material, so the goggle isn’t as flexible. Also, because the frame is pretty stiff, changing the lens can be somewhat difficult.

02-03 Dragon Lucy Review

Comfortable, sporty and cute, you really get what you pay for.

Not Lucy in the sky with diamonds, but more like Lucy that protects you from the sun’s diamonds! Made by Dragon, they are tailored to women with their fashionable GO GET ‘EM snowboarder look and creative colors. They eliminate 100% UV and blue light but do not have too dark, nor too light a lens. They are not so much hip looking as sporty. They have double pins on either side that guarantee you will not have a situation in which your sunglasses will not perform their duty. The flexible, high grade nylon and the hard coated silicon lenses make for a very durable pair of sunglasses.

01-02 Dragon Ranger Review

The Dragons will definitely dent your pocket, but when they are still looking new and shiny a few years down the road, you will realize it was a good investment.

When you think about sunglasses and the snowboard market, there are a few names that instantly come to mind. Dragon is one of these companies. The Ranger is a new sunglass that has major steez style. From the optically pure lenses to the grippy rubber ear tips, the Ranger is one of the most comfortable and functional pairs of sunglasses I have ever worn. The frame material is designed to be flexible at all temperatures. The lenses are made of high grade polycarbonate so they should be pretty shatterproof, and are recessed from the face of the sunglass to prevent scratching. Of course they also block 100% of harmful UV light. If you are looking for some new eyewear, pass up the $20 bargain glasses, and get yourself a pair of glasses that will last.

01-02 Dragon DXS Review

This is a good looking, reasonably priced goggle.

I tested these goggles for quite a few days. I liked them so much that I didn’t feel like wearing anything else. They are not too big, not too narrow, not too wide. They fit a girl, or guy w/ a smaller face perfectly. I had no problems with them; they are comfortable, look great and don’t fog up. Compared to some other companies’ goggles that are less attractive and slightly less comfortable, the price on these is a steal! Dragon Rocks.
