Summary:
This is a warm winter shell that is geared for deep snow and has many features to keep that snow out of places you don't want it.
Review:
The Tropicana is not only a protective layer, it is also warm. It is a beefed-up shell with a soft, fleece inner lining. For being as warm as it is, it is surprisingly light-weight, has no excess bulk and works well with additional layers. Though not ridiculously long, I found its length adds to the warm/protective factors. It also has a higher collar, which makes a difference in cold or windy conditions. All of these features make it a great pow-day choice.

If you are wondering how in the world a winter jacket got the name Tropicana, it is because of its wild exterior. This coat is totally rocking some bold colors and is a major eye-catcher in the color Ruby. It also comes in Hazy Sky and Fresh Powder if you aren't as psyched about the red shock.
