eesa Two Tone Sock (2009)

Product Info
Using Acrylyester fiber technology and strategic silhouette construction, we hand build our socks to regulate your feet's micro-climate by keeping them warm and dry in the burliest of weather and getting sweat up and away from your skin. Extra padding from the heel through the toebox aid in impact absorption without compromising mobility and circulation in the rest of your foot. Bulky socks in a snug fitting boot is the gateway to numb/cold feet. Proper circulation and mobility are your friends so we place padding where you need it most, on the bottom of your foot. As you know, heat rises.   As you also know, heat trapped in your boot creates a sauna effect, only there's no exit and you're trapped. Even on the coldest days your feet will eventually sweat in this claustrophobic climate. Our sock construction allows heat and moisture to rise and move away from your foot. The result is a foot that is dry and ready for some arse-kickin'! Shred on my friend......

Summary:

The Eesa socks come in multiple cute colors and patterns. I really like their performance as a sock in general, but they are not my preference for a snowboard boot sock.

Review:

I really like the Eesa socks for every day sock use, I don't favor them for snowboarding. They are a mid-weight sock that is very cute and does wick moisture well, but they do not have any sort of concentrated technical focus for snowboarding aside from the material they are made of. That said, the material is slippery and does not cling as well to the foot/ leg for use inside a snowboard boot.  They work well if you aren't sock-picky regarding the fit or if are looking for a really cute pair of socks to just wear in shoes.
