Summary:
I have no complaints about this boot. It isn't the best boot on the market, but for the money you'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal.
Review:
Thirty Two has been around for a long time, and is still making some of the best boots on the market. The Prion is basically an all-purpose boot, performing well in park, pipe, and powder; and for what they are designed to do, the Prion is an amazing boot.
The Intuition thermal liner is warm, very light, super comfortable, and molds to your foot to create that custom feel. Every year I think the Thirty Two line can't get any better, and every year they do.
Even as one of Thirty Two's most wallet friendly boots, the Prion still outperforms many other brand's upper-end boots. The boot has a medium flex, if you only ride big mountain you might want stiffer, if you only ride park/pipe, you might want softer. For a beginning or average rider, a rider who plays all over the mountain, or a rider trying to save a few bucks, the Prion is unbeatable.
