Summary:
If you have the money and the need for a boot that will perform at the highest level for all types of riding, then there is no other boot on the market for you.
Review:
More than half of Thirty Two's team riders, including Chad, Matt, Kevin, Nico, and Dionne wear the Team Two, and after wearing them for a couple of runs it is instantly obvious why. These boots are sick! They have style written all over them, but, as usual, Thirty Two made sure the looks don't get in the way of the function. This boot fits you like a glove for your foot from the beginning, and they only get better as you break them in. They are lightweight and flexible, but sturdy and stiff where they need to be. The ankle lace loop is set back to help tighten the boot around your ankle.
The Intuition liner that Thirty Two has been using for the last few years is still kicking ass, with a few new improvements this year. The Team Two uses the level 4 liners which have an asymmetrical flex stabilizer that helps protect your ankles. These liners are warm; a pair of thin snowboard/support socks is all you need to keep your feet toasty even in -20 degrees F. These boots are the be-all end-all for an upper-end all-around boot. I had equally good experiences in them, from riding 2' deep at Steamboat to stomping the landings at Breck.
My only complaint is that until you get them broken in the inner-laces will tear your fingers up; it takes a little while before they slide smoothly.
