Maggie's Review

Summary:
If you don't like a soft board, this would be a mistake; otherwise it is definitely worth checking out.
Review:
I have had a many awesome days on this board. It is extremely soft - a total noodle. When it comes to freestyle, I have a hard time with stiff boards. To get on a board that did exactly what I asked it to do without much effort came as a bit of a shock. Because it is a bigger board, I have been using it as a pow-board and its flexibility helps drive it easily through deep snow.

I have also been riding it all mountain and had no problems with its performance. The flexibility is great for trees and moguls with the amount of torsional flex, though the size is not optimal for me in that terrain (and why we so look forward to the smaller sizes).

I do a like a board that is stiff for some situations, but in no way have I felt inhibited by its softness. I know for some people a soft board is NOT the way to go, and if that is you, this is definitely not your board of choice. But if you are like me, or are looking for a park board that you won't have to break in, this is the one - and the price is unbeatable.

I look forward to seeing more graphics as right now they are limited. All have to do with the idea of bones and fractures; it is cool they all stick to the theme, but it will be nice to see graphics that appeal more to girls. The 156 has great graphics, but the 153 and 160 aren't much more than a generic top sheet. I have to remind myself that I can't judge the board by looks because it is a new, small company run by cool dudes and those options will come.

If you are looking for an INCREDIBLE DEAL, these boards are selling at a price that blows everything else out of the water, and fortunately, the low price does not negatively affect the performance.
