Gentle, yet effective cleaner removes dirt, oils and airborne contaminants without stripping durable water repellency (DWR) from technical clothing and equipment. Ideal cleaner for maintaining water repellency on new garments.G-Wash Cleaner includes the PLUS additive that eliminates odors. Use on old garments to clean, and prior to re-applying restorative water proofing treatments. Traditional soaps and detergents often contain perfumes, bleaches and fabric softeners that leave water-attractive residues covering up the fabric’s water repellent finish. These residues are difficult to rinse off and cause the fabric to ‘wet out’ – which reduces breathability. Regular use of G-Wash revives the performance of technical fabrics like Gore-Tex®, eVent®, Sympatex®, Precip®, Dry-Plus® and Helly-Tech®.
