Summary:
Even with a price tag of $80, the Kinetic Pullover is designed and built well enough to stand up to years of riding, keeping you warm and looking good the whole time.
Review:
I always have a hard time finding a top layering piece that is warm, but not so bulky that it restricts my movement. The Convert Kinetic Pullover is everything that you want in a layering piece. Both warm and low profile, it's an effective and stylish addition to your gear bag. The pullover has a zipper that goes about a third of the way down and even has a small pocket that can hold whatever. I don't have any critical comments about this piece, but styling wise, it'd be sweet if it had pit zips since everything else these days does.

Summary:
For off-mountain chilling, I still prefer the good old hooded sweatshirt, but for comfort and warmth on the mountain the Kilo Kinetic can't be beat.
Review:
This pullover has become my medium-weight layer of choice, both on and off the mountain. It is comfortable, warm, and breathable, all essential factors in a layer, but it also looks good enough to be worn when you're just hanging out after the days riding.

One thing I really appreciate about this pullover is that it doesn't have a hood. The hood on a sweatshirt adds a lot of bulk under a jacket, and it's rarely cold enough to need to double layer hoods in addition to a hat. Since the Kilo Kinetic is designed to be a functional medium-weight layer, I think Convert made the right move manufacturing them sans hoods.
