Summary:
Comfort and ease of use make this a highly recommended pack.
Review:
This is an excellent daypack from Clive. It is super comfy, holds tons of gear, and has enough technical features to put it well ahead of many competing bags. The well-padded straps make it extremely comfortable, and they are very configurable, so you can get that perfect fit. The back of the pack has straps that can hold your board vertically for hiking, or horizontal for snowmachine rides into the backcountry.
The bag is super tough; it's just got that burly feel that lets you know it can take some abuse. One of the side pockets is specifically built for a CD or mp3 player, including a small headphone cord hole. The bag is hydration system compatible, making it easy to bring some fluids with you. One of the small features that I really like is the pocket of the front of the hip strap. It's just big enough to hold a tool or a snack bar or something of that sort, so you can get at it without taking off the pack. There is more than enough room for everything you will need for a day hike.
