According to all of the outerwear makers, Denim is back in, only this time it's actually waterproof. When you look at them indoors under normal light they look somewhat like jeans, but they are kind of shimmery and change between a bluish and grayish color. So, really, while they resemble denim, they don't really look like they're jeans in normal light. However, when you get them outside in daylight, somehow they do look like jeans.

These aren't very heavy-weight pants, you would definitely want a few layers under them if you are in cold weather, but for most climates and most conditions these will be more than enough. If you are looking for some snowpants that are different from everyone else's, then these are a great choice.
