05-06 Burton AK Continuum Review
A warm puffy, this jacket will not hold you back in function or fashion.
Growing up and going to school in Alaska, puffy jackets have always been part of my winter wardrobe, more for functionality than formality. However, when I had a chance to review this jacket on the mountain, I experienced both form and function working together, letting me rip harder and faster than ever, all the while looking like a true bad ass. Style aside, this jacket is packed with accessories that truly set the Burton AK line a step above the rest. A 650 goose-down fill will keep your insides warm while riding the lifts on the coldest of days, and the fleece lined pockets prove ideal to thaw cold, wet hands. A large chest pocket is also incorporated for easy gloved access to the essentials. Another great feature is the fulltime contoured hood. It is designed to move with you, not against you, even while the hood is hanging down and you’re in cruising mode.
