New at Northstar-At-Tahoe Resort for 2007/2008

Loveland Ski Area Opening Tomorrow
0It’s looking great here at Loveland Ski Area. The storm that moved in Saturday night left us with over a foot of fresh snow. As you can see on the photo page, our new snowcats are out on the trails and you know that means-opening day is on it’s way! Over 8″ of Snow Falls in Breckenridge, 7″ at Keystone and 6″ at Vail and Beaver Creek
0Skiers and snowboarders in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone woke up to winter this morning. As of 10 a.m. on Sunday morning, Breckenridge had more than eight inches of snow in town with even more snow on the mountain. Keystone was reporting seven inches at mid-mountain snow stakes with six inches falling at Vail and Beaver Creek. The snow continues to fall and the Colorado mountains are under a winter snow advisory until 6 p.m. this evening. The forecast calls for snow through Monday afternoon with another storm predicted for the end of the week. (more…)
Alaska’s Largest Ski Resort Gets Major Facelift!
0Anchorage, Alaska, Oct. 3, 2007- Alyeska Resort, home of the 2005 and 2007 U.S. Alpine Championships, is currently in the midst of a three phase, multi-million dollar renovation project enhancing The Hotel Alyeska and Mount Alyeska. Early Season Storm Continues to Dump Snow at Kirkwood
0Winter is on the Way! The Sierra’s lightest and driest powder continues to fall on Kirkwood Mountain Resort. An additional 4 inches fell Wednesday, and over a foot has been recorded in early season snowfall. Two more storms are forecasted this week. Ski and Stay Packages Offered Midweek at Bear Creek
0MACUNGIE, Pa. – Oct. 11, 2007 — The Inn at Bear Creek, a full service hotel located at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, is offering midweek Ski and Stay packages during the upcoming winter season. Each Ski and Stay package includes overnight accommodations in the convenient slope-side hotel, complete with a variety of amenities, including heated pools and hot tubs.
