Jake Burton Carpenter Episodes On Vbs.tv Powder & Rails
This is the definition of a man who needs no introduction – this week’s episodes are about Jake Burton Carpenter. We felt it only right to end the first season of Powder & Rails with one of the pillars of the sport. Jake opens up to us about all the aspects of the sport, the culture and the business of snowboarding. To put it mildly, he is not your typical business guy.

A note from Trevar, producer of Powder & Rails on the first season:
The first helping of P&R began as a “mini season” because we didn’t know if the whole old-school concept would fly with viewers. Well, it did and we ended up shooting way more episodes than we originally planned. I want to say thanks to everyone who tuned in and told some friends. Keep an eye out for season two in the not-to-distant future.
The Big Bonus Surprise: Powder And Rails Presents The Legendary “Snowboarders In Exile” On January 26th!
As a special closer to the first season of Powder & Rails, we’re presenting FLF Films’ legendary “Snowboarders in Exile” in its entirety. “Exile” changed the course of snowboarding for the better. It was the inspiration for moving away from ski-based styles like slalom racing and helped infuse a more freeform skate mentality into snowboarding. Upon the release of “Exile”, FLF created the concept of the snowboard video pro and changed the careers of its stars almost instantly. In the following years, FLF went on to release a few of the best videos ever made and launched the production careers of legends like Dave Seoane, Standard Films, and Mack Dawg Productions.
