Jamie Anderson Claims New Zealand Open Slopestyle Title

Fresh off the disabled list, Jamie Anderson took the win in New Zealand. Sixteen of the world’s best female snowboarders battled it out on August 14 in the New Zealand Open Slopestyle Championships. For the second year in a row, DVS Pro Jamie Anderson closed out with a first place victory.

“Jamie ruptured her spleen less than 6 months ago and she drops into her first contest since,” says DVS Snow Team Manager Ricky Melnik. “It’s like she never stepped off the snow.”

Big congratulations to Jamie on the win and her amazing recovery!
