Except where prohibited, you agree that anay and all disputes, claims and legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this Site (including but not limited to the purchase of Snowboarder Guide products) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairbanks, Alaska, and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts. Snowboarder Guide may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

TERMINATION
These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Snowboarder Guide. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of this Site. Snowboarder Guide also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Snowboarder Guide, you agree that you will promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms of Use or otherwise. Snowboarder Guide’s right to any User Generated Content shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
